Running EvalBook locally, the local end-to-end SSO, and deploying it.

• Local developmentPorts, every environment variable, a local SSO, the database, peers, and the checks to run before handing work over.
• The local e2e SSOscripts/e2e/sso.sh runs a separate, local Bookbag SSO on ports 8290, 3290 and 8299 for testing EvalBook with CodeBook and MadeBook; what it starts, what it writes, and the cookie caveat.
• DeploymentCoolify builds the repository's Dockerfile from main and runs one container with the API, the worker and the web app; the environment it needs, what must be registered at SSO first, and the production addresses.
